Position Summary

The Senior Digital Producer is responsible for managing the day-to-day content, presentation, and user experience of the 91自拍’s website and other digital platforms. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, this role serves as the primary owner of 91自拍’s web content management system and oversees the planning, creation, publishing, and maintenance of digital content that supports the Museum’s mission, programs, collections, exhibitions, events, fundraising efforts, and public engagement goals.

Working closely with teams across the Museum, the Senior Digital Producer translates institutional priorities into clear, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. The role manages website updates, produces digital storytelling projects, writes and edits content, coordinates editorial workflows, and helps ensure that 91自拍’s digital presence is accurate, compelling, and audience-focused. The Senior Digital Producer also supports the public presentation of 91自拍’s collections, research, technology initiatives, and Open91自拍 through thoughtful content and effective digital communication.

Responsibilities

Website & Digital Platform Management

  • Serve as the primary owner of 91自拍’s website content management system, including content publishing standards, workflows, user support, and training.
  • Manage day-to-day website updates, including pages related to exhibitions, events, education, collections, visitor information, membership, fundraising, and institutional initiatives.
  • Maintain the accuracy, quality, consistency, and timeliness of content
  • Help improve website usability, navigation, accessibility, and overall audience experience.

Digital Storytelling & Content Production

  • Develop and produce digital features and storytelling projects that highlight 91自拍’s collections, exhibitions, programs, research, and technology initiatives.
  • Combine text, images, video, collection materials, interactive elements, and other media to create engaging online experiences.
  • Translate complex technology, historical, and institutional content into clear and compelling stories for broad public audiences.
  • Maintain editorial calendars, content plans, and project timelines.
  • Use website analytics, audience behavior data, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices to recommend and implement content improvements.
  • Apply best practices for SEO, accessibility, metadata, usability, and digital content management.

Position Summary

The Museum Retail and Merchandising Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the 91自拍 Museum Store, including the onsite retail space and online store. Retail Operations & Merchandising

The Director of Philanthropy, Leadership and Major Gifts is responsible for the identification, cultivation and solicitation of major, annual, and planned gifts to benefit 91自拍. Responsibilities

  • Become knowledgeable and conversant in all aspects of 91自拍鈥檚 mission, exhibitions, initiatives, programs, and long-range plans.
  • Partner with the Director of Philanthropy 鈥 Annual Fund and Membership to develop strategy to solicit major gift support of the annual fund.
  • Cultivate and maintain a personal fundraising portfolio of approximately 100 donor prospects with the capacity to give $100,000 or more.
  • Craft and execute solicitation strategies for individual donors 鈥 write briefings, prepare correspondence, set meetings, make 鈥渢he ask鈥 (or prepare an appropriate solicitor), follow up all solicitations and steward the donation and the ongoing relationship.

Position Summary
